Job summary

CrunchFitness in Florence, KY is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a club team, uphold SOPs, and drive member growth. This full-time, in-person role focuses on sales, program execution, and staff development to ensure a high-quality member experience.

You will coach staff, resolve member concerns, and collaborate with Fitness, Sales and Marketing teams to meet revenue goals in a growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience preferred
• 1 year sales experience preferred
• Must be a United Citizen

• Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies that pertain to the club.
• Demonstrate the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
• Achieve desired sales goals.
• Implement and support company programs and promotion to help generate new sales leads for optimum new membership growth.
• Achieve desired revenue goals through the leadership and motivation of employees.
• Coordinate and work within club support functions of Fitness, Sales and Marketing, Accounting, Information Technology.
• Support personnel related problems or difficulties by following club procedure and documentation.
• Resolve member complaints in an expeditious and tactful manner following club procedure and documentation.
