You will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, implement standard operating procedures, and relentlessly pursue membership growth and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year of management experience (preferred).
• 1 year of sales experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team within the club.
• Achieve sales and revenue goals through effective leadership.
• Coordinate and work with Fitness, Sales and Marketing, Accounting, Information Technology functions.
• Resolve member complaints promptly following club procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of standard operating procedures and club policies.

Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies that pertain to the club.
• Demonstrate the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
• Achieve desired sales goals.
• Implement and support company programs and promotion to help generate new sales leads for optimum new membership growth.
• Achieve desired revenue goals through the leadership and motivation of employees.
• Coordinate and work within club support functions of Fitness, Sales and Marketing, Accounting, Information Technology.
• Support personnel related problems or difficulties by following club procedure and documentation.
• Resolve member complaints in an expeditious and tactful manner following club procedure and documentation.
