CrunchFitness is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Ann Arbor, MI to lead daily operations and inspire a team to deliver exceptional member experiences.

You will drive sales growth, supervise staff, enforce SOPs, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Club Support to meet revenue goals. This full-time, in-person role presents opportunities for career progression within a fast-growing brand.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a fitness facility.
• 1 year of management experience preferred.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies that pertain to the club.
• Demonstrate the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
• Achieve desired sales goals.
• Implement and support company programs and promotion to help generate new sales leads for optimum new membership growth.
• Achieve desired revenue goals through the leadership and motivation of employees.
• Coordinate and work within club support functions of Fitness, Sales and Marketing, Accounting, Information Technology.
• Support personnel related problems or difficulties by following club procedure and documentation.
• Resolve member complaints in an expeditious and tactful manner following club procedure and documentation.
