This role is vital to the operations within the restaurant because you’ll:

• Lead internal functions including Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
• Delegate tasks effectively and report results
• Support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in:
• Kitchen: Supervise food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items
• People: Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
• Service: Ensure staff are trained and organize service areas to deliver excellent guest experiences
• Partner with the team to ensure safe and efficient restaurant operations

To be a successful Assistant General Manager, you’ll need:

• HSD or GED preferred
• A passion for serving others (customers and team members)
• 1+ years’ experience leading or developing others OR US Military Service
• A commitment to workplace safety and excellence
• Strong customer service skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
