Stonebridge Companies is a privately owned, innovative hotel development and hospitality management company. We manage a portfolio of 60+ hotels across the United States, providing investor opportunities, hotel development services, hotel management services, and hospitality career opportunities to our partners and team members. We are currently looking for a Property Accountant to support an assigned hotel portfolio in our corporate office located in the DTC.

Delivering daily on Distinguished Hospitality is what we expect of you, but we also expect you to excel at the following:

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Lead all operational managers to success on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual action plans relative to the property’s business plan and financial goals.
  2. Ensure compliance with brand standard operating procedures and policies.
  3. Plan, organize, facilitate, and/or participate in various hotel and department meetings.
  4. Develop and implement plans that improve guest satisfaction and associate satisfaction.
  5. Monitor and develop associate performance, particularly operational managers, including supervision, professional development, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, and recognition.
  6. Interview, hire, and train associates, particularly at the management level.
  7. Monitor service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, standards compliance, and financial metrics.
  8. Identify operational performance, productivity, and efficiency gaps and develop corrective measures.
  9. Support departments in achieving financial and business plan goals within the operating budget, monitoring progress monthly, and controlling expenses.
  10. Minimize risks and oversee loss prevention, safety, security, and compliance with policies.
  11. Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
  12. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including dress code compliance.
  13. Perform any other duties as requested by the General Manager.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university (Hospitality or Hotel Administration preferred); or four years of equivalent experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum of two years of experience in a full-service hotel of similar size and quality, with solid career progression in management of both Rooms and Food & Beverage operations. Thorough understanding of revenue and yield management principles. Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
