Stretch Zone in Clayton, CA is hiring an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive membership growth, and lead a high-performing team in practitioner-assisted stretching.

You’ll coach Sales Associates, manage schedules, and help members feel welcome while guiding performance toward daily and monthly studio goals.

The role offers base pay with commission, opportunities for advancement, paid training, and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Greet members by name, check them in, and ensure comfort.
• Lead by example—coach Sales Associates and manage schedules.
• Support the team in meeting membership sales goals and demonstrating value of services.
• Track performance metrics and KPIs daily to hit studio targets.
• Resolve member questions with professionalism and a personal touch.
• Plan monthly events to increase exposure and lead flow into the studio.
• Post to social media and support marketing strategies to grow the business.
• Build a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.

A Day in the Life

• Your day starts by arriving at the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.
• As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for.
• Throughout the day, you lead by example—coaching Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments.
• You support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.
• Between appointments, you're tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. If a member has a question or concern, you're there to resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch.
• Plan monthly Events to increase business exposure and lead flow into the studio.
• Posting to social media and creating marketing strategies to help the business grow.
• Every day, you're building a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.
