Job summary

Pure Barre Carmel by the Sea is seeking a part-time Assistant General Manager to drive sales, retain clients and oversee studio operations. You will lead in-store memberships, retail, and vendor coordination while managing staff schedules and promoting community events.

The role requires 2+ years in fitness sales or related fields, strong English communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred.
• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps.
• Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail.
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills in person and over the phone.

• Directly coordinate with vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
• Hire/Manage all instructors at the studio
• Proficiency in gym management software and POS to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
• Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
• Collect out-standing dues
• Support and maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
• Enforce studio policies and procedures
• Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
• Any other duties as assigned

We are currently expanding our team in Pure Barre seeking a qualified Assistant General Manager (part-time) that is focused on driving sales, client retention and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand. POSITION

The Assistant General Manager will oversee studio functionality from sales to studio operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
