Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. in Brunswick, GA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, servers, bartenders, and service staff in partnership with the General Manager. You will drive guest engagement and ensure the restaurant stays at the top of its game.

You will oversee daily operations, uphold health and safety standards, and mentor team members to deliver legendary service. This role offers career development and rewards for performance.

Formación

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.
• Ability to manage and direct others and to train and develop your team.

YOU GOT THIS

• Preferably, you have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.

• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.

• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
