Papa John's - Beaver County is seeking a full‑time Assistant General Manager. This position requires strong leadership skills to oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to food safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have previous restaurant management experience and excellent organizational skills. This role offers a competitive pay range of $15 - $17 per hour, employee discounts, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role is preferred.
• Willingness to be considered for a General Manager position if one becomes available nearby.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the store, the bank, and required meetings.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Completion of Papa John’s Manager Development Program through our in-house training platform.
