Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and bar admission in the relevant state.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in credit union, bank, or financial regulatory environments.
• Ability to analyze complex concepts and develop workable procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee statutes, rules, regulations, and case law to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct legal research and stay current on developments in relevant areas.
• Advise leadership with clear communication about legal opportunities and risks.
• Draft and negotiate loan agreements, LLC operating agreements, and related documents.
• Provide support across teams and act as a change agent for inclusion initiatives.
