Primary Purpose of the Position

A highly experienced attorney working independently with major responsibilities, supervising teams, and handling matters of substantial importance.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal services in one or more law fields, handling complex assignments independently, assessing risks, and advising clients.
• Lead and supervise less experienced attorneys and support staff.
• Prepare and revise budgets and assessments for legal matters involving outside counsel.

Minimum Qualifications

• JD or LLB from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in relevant jurisdictions.
• 10+ years of professional experience in a specialized legal area.
• Strong knowledge of legal principles, practices, and procedures for complex assignments.
• Excellent legal research, analytical skills, and current knowledge of federal and/or state law.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bar admission in at least one U.S. state, preferably where the role is located.
• Proven leadership and mentorship skills in legal teams.
• Strong understanding of U.S. immigration laws, employment law, and energy industry knowledge.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Experience with Excel and LawLogix immigration case management system.
