The Missouri Department of Mental Health is seeking to fill a vacancy for an Assistant General Counsel Labor and Employment Specialist position. This position is domiciled in Jefferson City, Missouri. Remote work options available up to four days in a five-day work week, following two months of successful orientation and on-boarding in-office.
The base salary offered for this position ranges from $80,000.00-$105,352.00 annually, commensurate with education and experience. If the selected candidate is eligible for a pay differential, such as retention pay, the total salary may exceed what is listed in this posting.
Experience in civil employment litigation and/or employment immigration visa legal matters, is preferred.
