The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America seeks an Assistant General Counsel focused on Cybersecurity, Data Governance & Privacy. You will advise on regulatory matters and partner with cross-functional teams to integrate privacy and security controls across the organization.

You will work with leaders to shape governance of AI, address evolving privacy rules, and provide practical, business-focused legal counsel while fostering collaboration across legal and business functions.

Formación

• Juris Doctor degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Advise Guardian businesses on cybersecurity, privacy, data governance and AI governance.
• Counsel first-line professionals on regulatory inquiries and civil litigation.
• Partner with Law colleagues to address regulatory issues and strategic guidance.
• Translate legal requirements into clear, actionable guidance for business leaders.
