Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide general advice to senior management on a day-to-day basis.
• Draft, review, analyze, structure and negotiate contracts and internal policies.
• Advise on business objectives in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Travel to Jessup, PA as needed.
