Qualifications

• Doctor of Jurisprudence degree
• Two(2) years experience
• Fiduciary trust law experience

Responsibilities

• Researches and analyzes laws for the preparation of legal memoranda
• Performs due diligence for potential transactions involving the company
• Represents the company in a court of law, administrative body or tribunal
• Analyzes and summarizes legal documents
• Negotiates with outside parties, outside counsel, vendors and clients
• Advises management on changes in laws and regulations that affect the company
