Qualifications

• Interest in horticulture, gardening, or landscape maintenance.
• Basic plant identification knowledge preferred, strong knowledge valued.
• Fine gardening or landscape maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with garden maintenance, including weeding, watering, mulching, and general upkeep.
• Learn proper plant care techniques and horticultural best practices.
• Operate and maintain garden tools and equipment under supervision.
• Participate in seasonal cleanups and garden preparation.
• Support senior gardeners during landscape projects and installations.
• Safely transport materials and equipment when needed.
• Communicate clearly with team members and follow direction.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
