Responsibilities

• Assist with garden maintenance, including weeding, watering, mulching, and general upkeep.
• Learn proper plant care techniques and horticultural best practices.
• Operate and maintain garden tools and equipment under supervision.
• Participate in seasonal cleanups and garden preparation.
• Support senior gardeners during landscape projects and installations.
• Safely transport materials and equipment when needed.
• Communicate clearly with team members and follow direction.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy physical outdoor work and have an interest in horticulture, fine gardening, or landscape maintenance. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in detailed work, works well on a team, and wants to continue developing hands-on gardening and landscaping skills in a supportive, high-standard environment.

We currently are considering candidates looking for full-time, part-time, or seasonal work. We maintain an ongoing interest in experienced horticulture professionals and keep select postings active so we can connect with strong candidates when the right fit comes along.

Pay for this starting position is $20-$28/hour DOE.

• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, dig, and perform physical work throughout the day

• Truck and trailer experience preferred
