This role supports the Front Office Manager in overseeing all front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a commitment to delivering a premium guest experience.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus.
2+ years of front office experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Proficient in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS, POS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Standing for extended periods.
Interaction with a diverse group of guests and team members.
