A leading hotel in New York is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk. This role involves directing and monitoring the Front Office operations, training staff, and maintaining high service standards, crucial for guest satisfaction.
The main purpose of the Assistant Front Office Manager is ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. To be responsible in directing, coordinating, and monitoring the overall Front Office operation as directed by the Front Office Manager. To direct the Front Office operation in the absence of the front Office Manager.
