We are hiring an Assistant Front Office Hourly Manager.

We are looking for associates and leaders who have a passion to serve others! Working at the front desk means you are at the hub of the hotel with the most interaction with our guests. As the front desk supervisor, you are the key to creating a cohesive team focused on providing excellent service while maintaining all brand and Concord standards. Your proactive, responsive, and caring attitude will make a significant difference. Role Responsibilities:

The Assistant Front Office Manager assists the Front Office Manager in the overall success of the front desk, ensuring guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met, and manages all hotel areas according to brand standards to deliver a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and product quality. They demonstrate exemplary performance for staff to follow.

Essential Job Functions:
Guest Service
  • Assist in maintaining guest service as the hotel's core philosophy.
  • Respond promptly to guest needs, demonstrating a commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure all staff are trained in guest service standards and develop added value customer service programs.
  • Empower staff to deliver responsive guest assistance and meet or exceed satisfaction measures.
Front Desk Management
  • Act as manager on duty and assist in managing front desk operations.
  • Ensure staff are trained in check-in/check-out, telephone procedures, amenities, and systems.
  • Assist in scheduling, payroll, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain accurate financial reports and a positive work environment.
Safety and Security
  • Know and adhere to health, safety, and security codes and regulations.
  • Identify and correct safety hazards and security issues.
Operations
  • Ensure staff involvement in preventive maintenance and protect hotel interests during capital projects.

* Lead by example, maintaining confidentiality and following all policies and procedures outlined in the Associate handbook.
