Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager for the Little Rock Marriott in downtown Little Rock. You will support the Front Office Manager in daily front desk operations and ensure outstanding guest service across all touchpoints.

This role primarily covers the evening shift to guarantee a Manager On-Duty is present, lead front office staff, enforce procedures, and uphold the highest standards of service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year supervisory experience in hotel front office.
• Ability to lead each front office discipline independently.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Effective communication with guests and team members.
• Computer experience required.

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team! In this role, you will assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided to all guests. You will also help manage the staff and ensure that all procedures and policies are followed. This position will work primarily the evening shift to ensure there is a Manager On-Duty in the evening. As the Assistant Front Office Manager, you will be a key player in the success at our beautiful property!

Qualifications

• Prefer 1+ year departmental management or supervisory experience in hotel front office
• Ability to manage and lead each discipline of the department independently
• Prior cash handling experience necessary
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
• Computer experience required
