Job description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Consistently work to provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service at all times.
• Smile, make eye contact, and thank customers upon fulfilling their requests.
• Sample and suggest products; end each customer transaction with a "Thank You".
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation according to 5S standards.
• Assist with overseeing daily operations of the food court, including training, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Assist in preparing and cooking large quantities of food for finishing cooks, based on required quantities.
• Have thorough knowledge of recipes and ingredient formulas used in the food court.
• Ensure all staff adhere to sanitation policies and procedures.
• Control shrink through compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain logs for cold cases, hot foods, and cooling processes as per store policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management, following company policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve goals.
• Good performance reviews.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic literacy and computer skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent. 6-12 months of related experience.
