Trio-Community Meals in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an experienced assistant foodservice director to join the Community Meals team. You will assist with overseeing culinary, safety and sanitation, and operations for the account.

You will recruit, train, and retain a large staffing team and ensure the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service while running the business in a professional, efficient and profitable manner. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years’ experience in a supervisory role.
• At least two years’ foodservice experience.
• Proven track record of financial responsibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, training, and retaining a large staffing team, including chefs, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering teams.
• Ensuring that the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service.
