Job summary

Elior in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an experienced assistant food service director to oversee culinary, safety, sanitation, and operations for the Community Meals account. You will recruit and train a large staffing team, maintain high quality food and service, and lead the operation to run professionally and profitably with strong leadership and communication.

This full-time onsite role offers impactful community service responsibilities and a pathway to leadership within the Trio-Community

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years’ experience in a supervisory role.
• At least two years’ foodservice experience.
• Proven track record of financial responsibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, training, and retaining a large staffing team, including chefs, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering teams.
• Ensuring that the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service.
• Ensuring that the business runs in a professional, efficient, and profitable manner.
• Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills with all employees.
