Four Seasons Beverly Hills is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Outlet Manager to lead the All-Day or Fine Dining restaurant team. You will ensure top-tier guest experiences through expert service, knowledge of wine and spirits, and strong operational leadership.

The role reports to The BLVD General Manager and requires work authorization for Beverly Hills. Expect weekend shifts and a dynamic, guest‑focused environment at a renowned luxury hotel.

Formación

• 2 years of experience in hospitality or food & beverage required.
• High analytical and organizational skills required.
• Speaking, writing and reading English required.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn essential.
• Flexible schedule with ability to work different shifts and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the hotel’s All-Day or Fine Dining Restaurant to meet standards; plan outlet operations.
• Be visible in operations, provide recognition, maintain good public relations, and handle guest or group requests.
• Describe and ensure quality of all food items and preparation methods; provide expertise in wine and spirits.
• Control labor and operating costs through scheduling, budgeting, purchases, and inventory control.
• Attend regular meetings to coordinate between departments.

Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills, a Four Seasons Hotel is looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into their daily activities. This position has the opportunity to shape the guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world-renowned hotels. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager reports to The BLVD General Manager. Work authorization for the location is required.

Responsibilities

• Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Hotel’s All-Day or Fine Dining Restaurant to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met; daily activities and planning for outlet operation.
• The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.
• Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
• Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control.
• Attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.
• Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications And Skills

We are looking for individuals who have computer knowledge and excellent communication skills. Previous experience of 2 years required. Applicants are required to have high analytical and organizational skills. Speaking, writing and reading English is required. Positive attitude, and willing to learn is a must. This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work different shifts and weekends.
