Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food and beverage leadership role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, planning and organizational skills.
• Experience supervising others and leading a team.
• Excellent customer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Core Beverage Program and Menu Program.
• Responsible for selection, development and retention of talented F&B staff.
• Ensure financial targets are being met and accounting procedures followed.
• Ensure staff provide excellent guest service.
• Assist with short- and long-term operational and financial plans for the F&B department.
• Maintain communication between departments about special programs and events.
