Arcis Golf is seeking an experienced leader to drive the food and beverage program at our clubs. The role focuses on developing and retaining top staff, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and achieving financial targets through strong leadership and cross-department collaboration.

Ideal candidates bring proven F&B leadership, outstanding customer service, and the ability to implement strategic plans that improve quality and financial results across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage leadership roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, planning and organization.
• Experience supervising and leading a team.
• Outstanding customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Select, develop and retain talented food and beverage staff.
• Ensure financial targets are met and accounting procedures followed.
• Oversee F&B operation and deliver excellent guest service.
• Review guest and member requests to determine action plans.
• Create and execute short and long-term operational and financial plans for F&B.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively across departments.
• Ensure compliance with national programs (Core Beverage, Menu, Approved Product List, Beverage Cartender).
