What will I be doing?

As an Assistant Manager of Food and Beverage, you will assist in managing daily hotel food and beverage operations, including kitchens, restaurants, banquets, lounges, room service, and coffee shops, ensuring outstanding guest service and profitability. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing food and beverage operations, including guest service, quality, inventory, reservations, systems, budgeting, marketing, and reporting
  • Ensuring food quality, presentation, and cost control
  • Monitoring and developing team member performance, including supervision, scheduling, counseling, and recognition
  • Greeting guests, responding to inquiries, and resolving concerns
  • Assessing service trends and implementing improvements
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol standards
  • Recruiting, interviewing, and training team members
