The opportunity

Delaware North Travel is searching for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Atlanta Airport in Atlanta, Georgia. This position will oversee ASW Distillery and Modern Market locations. As the Food and Beverage Manager you will be responsible for managing the daily operations, scheduling, hiring, mentoring staff, ensuring an excellent guest experience, performing monthly inventories as well as other various duties.

Delaware North Travel is searching for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Atlanta Airport in Atlanta, Georgia. This position will oversee ASW Distillery and Modern Market locations. As the Food and Beverage Manager you will be responsible for managing the daily operations, scheduling, hiring, mentoring staff, ensuring an excellent guest experience, performing monthly inventories as well as other various duties.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $55,300 - $74,600 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?

• Hire, train, and manage an effective team, providing feedback on their job responsibilities and alignment to Delaware North programs
• Research and develop new policies, procedures, menus, and control policies that elevate service standards and accountability of staff
• Coordinate menus and alcohol compliance and quality standards, handle guest relations and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards

• Minimum of 3 years' management experience (AGM or GM) in a high-volume restaurant is required
• Strong food knowledge with a variety of menus and previous experience supervising service team members required
• Ability to communicate through oral and written skills with staff
