Meridian Restaurant at Headlands Coastal Lodge and Spa seeks an experienced Assistant Floor Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team in delivering a refined dining experience in a luxury setting along Oregon’s coast.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manager experience in a full-service luxury restaurant-hotel environment.
• State certified food handlers and Serve Safe certification.
• Demonstrated experience in staff management and food control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service to ensure servers and FOH have knowledge of menu and presentation vision.
• Deliver high-level service through a trained, managed team.
• Be available at peak dinner times for guest and team inquiries.
• Collaborate with the Meridian Restaurant Manager to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Oversee the bar operation and maintain a professional appearance.
• Support execution of special events and banquet service.
• Lead the FOH team to fulfill the brand promise at Meridian.
