Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Fitness Manager (Personal Training Sales) to lead our PT sales efforts and welcome new members. You will drive personal training packages, coach staff, and promote a positive gym experience for members through effective onboarding and relationship building.

The role requires a blend of sales, leadership, and fitness passion, with opportunities to impact member engagement and retention. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service experience.
• 1 year of sales experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Prior experience or strong interest in the fitness industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills.
• Strong detail orientation; systematic and thorough approach to problem solving; and good time management, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve daily targets, especially on weekends.
• Promote personal training packages and build rapport with members.
• Achieve sales targets for personal training services and small group training.
• Collaborate with membership sales to onboard new members and drive sales initiatives.
• Conduct personalized welcome workouts for new members.
• Guide new members through their first club experience and promote PT sales.
• Provide coaching and support to personal trainers.
• Communicate goals and procedures clearly to staff.
• Maintain facility, equipment, and common areas.
• Ensure health and safety certifications and protocols.
