Job summary
EōS Fitness is seeking an Assistant Fitness Manager to drive personal training sales and foster member relationships at our new gym opening in Mesa, AZ. The role emphasizes welcome workouts, guiding new members into training programs, and leading a PT team under the Fitness Manager.
The candidate should have a background in sales, customer service, and at least 2–3 years in related roles, plus a PT certification. This hourly position offers daily pay and a strong benefits package.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience with a focus on member needs.
- Sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
- Supervisory experience leading a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships across roles.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team to meet daily targets, especially weekends or when the manager is away.
- Promote personal training packages and build rapport with members.
- Achieve sales targets for PT and small group sessions.
- Support onboarding of new members with a smooth transition to training.
- Provide ongoing coaching to trainers and ensure quality service.
- Communicate goals and procedures clearly to staff.
- Maintain facility cleanliness and safety compliance.
