Crunch Fitness seeks an Assistant Fitness Manager to lead the PT team and drive member experience at our California club. You will coach trainers, manage sales leads, and coordinate scheduling.

The AFM role emphasizes revenue growth, staff development, and adherence to brand standards, with opportunities for advancement and a competitive compensation package that includes commissions and per-hour pay, plus a full benefits lineup.

Responsibilities

• Lead trainers and manage PT sales and service delivery.
• Generate PT Sales leads and coordinate lead generation activities.
• Set goals to support MMCO/EOMCO and follow up post events.
• Oversee scheduling and coaching of trainers to deliver high-quality service.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and SOPs across operations.
• Collaborate with Membership Team for PT Sales at POS.
