Crunch Fitness is seeking an Assistant Fitness Manager to lead a team, drive financial performance, and deliver a superior member experience at one club location. The AFM will manage trainers, support member engagement, and coordinate PT sales and scheduling.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and operational excellence within a fast-growing fitness environment, with opportunities for advancement and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead trainer development and bi-monthly meetings.
• Manage PT calendar and lead generation activities.
• Oversee client communication and sales at POS.
• Assume Manager on Duty during absences of GM/AGM.
• Generate PT sales leads and schedule activities.
• Set targets and monitor progress with the team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure interdepartmental synergy.
• Hire and manage staff to maintain brand standards.
