Job summary

Onelife Fitness in Irmo, SC is seeking an Assistant Fitness Director to oversee New Member Orientation, coach trainers, and drive personal training sales while delivering outstanding member results.

You will manage PT leads, maintain records, run reports, and support daily club operations, including peak-hour sessions with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification and CPR/AED certification are required.
• Friendly coach with strong sales, great communication, and team mindset.
• Organized, punctual, tech-savvy, and able to work flexible hours.
• Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine or related field preferred.

Preferred Requirements

• 1 year of personal training experience
