Qualifications

• Minimum 2 yrs. experience with fits and/or technical design and/or product development.
• Experience creating and/or modifying patterns.
• Proficiency in design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD; building tech packs.
• Garment construction knowledge and ability to review grade sheets.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring every SKU fits our customer perfectly by quickly and accurately communicating modifications to vendors and the buying team. If you’re detail-driven, love fashion, and thrive in a collaborative, trend-focused environment, this role is made for you.Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:Fit each sku that has been ordered by the Buying Department with the supervision of an associate fit technician and/or the Sr. Fit Technician.Must be comfortable processing a high volume of skus dailyEffectively communicate and suggest fit corrections to buyers in line with their design and style preferencesArticulate and write detailed instructions needed to improve the fit and/or quality via email and include detailed photos with descriptions of adjustments needed. Drawing on photos is requiredMaintain a consistent fit following Windsor standards for both junior and plus sizingManage fit sample comments and approvals for multiple departmentsKeep samples organized throughout the dayKey Qualifications & Requirements:Minimum 2 yrs. experience with fits and/or technical design and/or product developmentExperience creating and/or modifying patterns either in a professional or personal setting (notrequired but preferred)Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD (Computer-AidedDesign) tools.
