ASSISTANT FIELD TECHNICIAN

PuroClean of Greer and PuroClean of Greenville are adding talent to the team. No previous experience needed. This is an entry-level position designed to develop, train, and promote the right candidate. Assistant Field Technicians can be ready to advance to Field Technicians in as little as 120 days, and for the motivated employee, additional advancement opportunities are available. Job Position Description:

With a ‘One Team’ mentality, you will perform services as assigned while following PuroClean production guidelines. Working to ensure all customer needs are met in a kind and sympathetic way, our assistant technicians assist their teams and supervisors with all aspects of restoration work on residential and commercial jobsites, as well as maintain vehicles, equipment, and assets of the business. Our assistant technicians take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world-class level of service which sets us apart from our competitors in the industry. Our AFT will get experience on all of our job types including water losses, fire/smoke losses, mold remediation, and more.

Responsibilities:

1. Representing the brand by consistently providing superior customer experience with each and every customer interaction.
2. Learning by listening, watching, and doing while under supervision of senior team member.
3. Effectively perform all aspects of the production processes.
4. Regular vehicle and equipment maintenance and organization.
5. Working with your direct supervisor to ensure the team is unified and efficient.
6. Following all uniform and policy guidelines in line with the Brand Identity Guide.
7. Always leaving jobsites with a clean and orderly appearance.
8. Developing production expertise through industry courses and certifications.
9. Maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard.
10. Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor, and fellow team members.

Qualifications:

1. MUST have a positive, can-do, will-do, glad-to-do-it attitude.
2. MUST have high energy and ability to focus on tasks at hand.
3. MUST have great people skills, face-to-face and over the phone.
4. Valid Driver License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
5. Willingness for continued learning and growth.
6. Attention to details in organization, cleanliness, and care for facility, assets, and equipment.
7. Aptitude with record keeping, recording information, and communicating ‘the message’.
8. Awareness and respect for safety, using care and caution with teammates and customers.
9. Strength with multitasking and handling deadlines.
10. Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and comfortable on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
