Job summary

Ruppert Landscape is seeking an Assistant Field Manager to support the Field Manager on commercial landscape projects. The role involves coordinating daily site activities and ensuring quality and safety on site.

The candidate will assist in supervising crew members, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a productive, safe work environment with strong attention to detail. Training and career growth are provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan and execute jobs while assisting the onsite Field Manager.
• Maintain heavy equipment including preventative maintenance and tools needed.
• Familiarity with overseeing safety and PPE on site.
• Assist Field Manager with overseeing job site quality and productivity.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.
• Coordinate the daily work schedule with the Field Manager.
• Assist in training and managing personnel assigned to the crew.
