Job summary

Ruppert Landscape is seeking a Field Manager to lead high-volume landscape construction projects in Virginia. You will hire and train crew members, plan deliveries, ensure safety compliance, monitor quality and productivity, and maintain strong relationships with onsite clients.

A background in landscape construction management and blueprint interpretation is required; OSHA 30 is a plus.

Qualifications

• Track record of successfully managing commercial Landscape Construction environment.
• Knowledge of blueprint interpretation.
• Strong organizational skills with fine attention to detail.
• Strong and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all aspects of high-volume Landscape Construction.
• Hire, train, and manage personnel assigned to the crew.
• Pre-qualify material deliveries on site.
• Build positive relationships with onsite customers.
• Managing safety records and enforcing safety regulations.
• Tracking labor and identifying manpower for work completion.

• Conduct weekly tailgate safety meetings.
