Job summary

Ruppert Landscape is seeking an Assistant Field Manager to support on-site leadership for commercial landscape construction and maintenance projects. You will coordinate daily workflows with the Field Manager, oversee safety, PPE, and crew productivity, and help maintain equipment and a clean, safe job site.

The role requires hands-on field experience in landscape construction, strong organization, and a solid work ethic.

• Assist in training and managing personnel assigned to the crew.
