Job Description

We are looking for another team member to Five Acre Farm. The perfect candidate would be one that has a positive attitude and can adapt to the changes that happen daily. Prioritizing as things come up and having a can-do attitude is super helpful!

This is a year-round position which requires one to be responsible for all duties of starting seedlings, transplanting both greenhouse and field for vegetable, herb and flowers. This individual would be responsible for pest management, restocking farm stand, plant maintenance, setting up drip water lines and overhead systems. The ideal candidate would be versed in running a forklift, 4-wheeler, tractor and trailering but the minimum would be running a BCS tiller or troy tiller.

In the off season, the team member would be responsible with helping sell Christmas Trees (loading and unloading), firewood maintenance, snow removal as well as setting goals for the next year.

Supervise, motivate and instruct new employees.
