Qualifications

• 3+ years of related security experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (4 years) required.
• Must complete DISS/NISS training.
• Must hold a current U.S. TOP SECRET security clearance.
• Understanding of DISS, e‑QIP, NISS, and ISFD.
• Experience assisting in initial security briefings and travel briefings.
• Experience working in a fast-moving environment with government customers.

Responsibilities

• Take direction from the Facility Security Officer (FSO) for Anduril Boston-area locations and future sites.
• Administer day‑to‑day security programs in compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 and related guidance.
• Provide guidance to employees and modify operations policies as needed.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Classified IT, and other security stakeholders.
• Assist in Open Storage Area (OSA) buildout from proposal through accreditation.
• Maintain and update DISS and NISS for Boston-area locations.
• Assist the FSO in TS inventories and annual self-inspections; implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate facility badge access and credentials for personnel.
• Train staff on security procedures and awareness.
• Enforce foreign travel requirements and classification review requests.
• Prepare periodic reporting, audits, and reviews per directives.
