Moog Inc. in Buffalo, NY is seeking an Assistant Facility Security Officer to support the Facility Security Officer in maintaining compliance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISPOM) for classified contracts.

The role involves preparing SOPs, supporting government audits, managing incident reporting, and coordinating with site personnel to ensure timely security operations. A TS clearance and travel to site locations are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years relevant industrial security experience.
• Current Top Secret (TS) security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
• Ability and willingness to participate in continuing education opportunities.
• Ability and willingness to travel to site locations
• Experience interpreting and applying NISPOM and other government regulations.
• Proficiency using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, government databases including, but not limited to, DISS, NISS and SWFT.
• Travel: 20%

Responsabilités

• Assist the FSO in administering the company's National Industrial Security Program and maintain compliance with government and customer security requirements.
• Draft SOPs, Insider Threat Program Plan and related operating procedures for FSO review and approval.
• Conduct annual self-inspections for FSO review and approval.
• Participate in government audits.
• Manage incident reporting and assist in investigations involving security incidents
