Job summary

Moog Inc. in Buffalo, NY is seeking an Industrial Security Specialist to work onsite under the Facility Security Officer (FSO). The role focuses on ensuring compliance with U.S.

Government regulations for classified contracts per NISPOM and related DoD directives, at the East Aurora location. Key responsibilities include processing DoD clearances, maintaining Program Access Records, and tracking incidents while supporting FOCI reporting and continuous education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years relevant experience in corporate, industrial security and/or legal compliance roles.
• Current Top Secret security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain for the duration.
• Prior industrial security experience and training preferred.
• High level of ethical, moral, and trustworthiness standards to protect sensitive information.
• Ability to work in office both independently and collaboratively with a high-functioning on-demand security team.

Responsibilities

• Support badge access for PCL holders.
• Process personnel for DoD security clearances, upgrades and reinvestigations.
• Administer and track Program Access Requests and related questionnaires.
• Maintain accuracy in DISS and internal records management systems.
• Support random entry and exit inspections.
• Perform end of day checks on rotational basis.
• Gather facts for infractions and security violations and generate reports.
