Job summary

Ghostrock, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks an Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) in Chesapeake, VA. The role supports the FSO in processing clearance requests, maintaining security files, and coordinating with program managers to ensure compliance with government policies.

The AFSO will work with DCSA databases, manage PII/CUI handling, and help implement security training. US citizenship and a current DoD clearance at Secret or higher are required.

Qualifications

• US Citizen required.
• Must possess DoD Security Clearance at Secret or higher.
• Three (3) years of experience as an AFSO/FSO.
• Three (3) years of government contracting experience.
• Experience managing contract security requirements across multiple CAGE codes.
• Completion of CDSE FSO training within 120 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Administer personnel security clearance processes and reinvestigations.
• Maintain security documentation in accordance with DCSA requirements.
• Provide personnel suitability processing support for Federal agencies.
• Deliver security briefings/debriefings and report incidents.
• Maintain classified holdings and prepare transmittals per NISPOM.
