The role emphasizes program management, client relations, and team leadership, with education in business, facilities management or engineering. The candidate will coordinate resources, manage projects, and report progress to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in facilities management or related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to train teams effectively.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program management and ensure projects meet client requirements and timelines.
• Define project requirements and allocate internal/external resources.
• Provide updates on project status to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and manage documentation processes.
• Diagnose and repair complex systems, and propose retrofits or upgrades.
