What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide overall facility management services, including monitoring work orders and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance requests and repairs
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to improve operations and ensure safety
- Manage client relationships and ensure compliance with contract requirements and performance indicators
- Support financial management activities, including budgeting and procurement processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or a related field
- Knowledge of local health and safety regulations and vendor management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Yardi and CMMS software
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations effectively
