Topgolf in Ashburn, VA is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to support the Facilities Manager in leading maintenance operations across the venue, including the game system and entertainment technologies, building systems, and safety compliance.

You will help hire, schedule, and develop the Facilities team, manage budgets, and ensure a guest-ready environment while upholding safety policies and standards. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in building maintenance, equipment repair, and facilities systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the Facilities Manager in day-to-day operations and maintenance.

• Monitor inventory of spare parts, supplies, and equipment.
• Lead and develop Facilities team members and assist with hiring and onboarding.
