Job summary

Compass Group USA, ESFM division, is seeking an Assistant Facilities Director for Florence, KY. The role focuses on planning, organizing, and controlling plant operations and building renovations to deliver safe, efficient facilities management.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a bonus component, with a pay grade of 15, reflecting seniority within the operations team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent related experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years engineering maintenance experience at Manager level required.
• Experience in manufacturing and construction management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and evaluates existing programs, services, policies and procedures.
• Monitors work flow to ensure timely completion and adherence to facility’s standards and regulations using computerized programs for preventive and corrective maintenance, construction projects, financial management, and energy controls.
• Prepares and manages departmental budgets, including the utilities energy savings program.
• Provides guidance, training and motivation to staff.
• Successfully provides effective client rapport and conducts personnel performance evaluations.

Education
