Summary: The Assistant F&B Operations Manager (Beverage) is responsible for overseeing all beverage services within the hotel. Key responsibilities include managing employees, training, forecasting, and scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily bar management operations
- Deliver superior food and beverage service to maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to bar customers
- Delegate responsibilities and supervise business operations
- Support in hiring, training, motivating, and coaching staff; assess performance and provide feedback
- Resolve conflicts or complaints from customers and employees
- Monitor inventory activity and ensure proper provisions
- Assist in procurement, vendor relations, and managing costs and revenues
- Establish and achieve business and profit objectives; financial responsibility of bars
- Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures
- Operate equipment responsibly
- Contribute to the overall health and success of the business
- Develop and implement a comprehensive beverage program, including drink types, brands, pricing, and menu items such as wine lists, beer selections, and cocktails

Qualifications:- Proven leadership skills
- Experience in food and beverage management, specifically beverage management
- Preferred F&B school diploma or degree in service management or related field
- Bartending skills
- Knowledge of current beverage trends and best practices
- Strong communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional service to customers and support to staff
- Proficiency with computer software such as MS Office, restaurant management software, and POS systems
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Personnel management and financial target achievement skills
- Guest-oriented and service-minded attitude
- Basic marketing knowledge
- Fluency in English and other languages
